Good to know.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just leave the gate unlocked or give us the code. We text the evening before and send a photo when we're done.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Pause or cancel anytime with a week's notice. Most customers stay year after year anyway.
What happens with clippings and leaves?
Grass clippings are mulched back into the lawn unless you'd like them bagged. Leaves and trimmings are hauled away and composted.
What if it rains on my day?
We move you to the next dry day and text you the new time. You're never charged for a skipped visit.
How do I pay?
Regular plans are billed monthly by card. One-off jobs are paid after the work is done.
