“I started Brightwater so people never have to guess what a plumber costs.”
“After 15 years working for big companies, I wanted a crew that shows up when we say, explains the problem in plain English, and charges what we quoted. That's still how we work.”

Before you call.
Do you charge to come out and look?
For scheduled work, no. We give you a flat price on arrival, and if you decide not to go ahead, there's nothing to pay. Emergency call-outs at night and on weekends have a $189 call-out fee, which goes toward the repair.
How fast can you get here?
For emergencies in our main area, usually within 60 minutes. For everything else, you choose a 2-hour arrival window, often the same day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Every plumber is licensed, background-checked and covered by our liability insurance. We're happy to show proof before we start.
Do you offer payment plans?
On jobs over $1,000, such as a new water heater, you can spread the cost over 6 or 12 months, subject to approval.
What if the problem comes back?
Our labor is guaranteed for one year. If the same problem comes back, we come back and fix it for free.
